Coffee has a variety of flavors that are unique to the bean and origin of growth! This presentation is a coffee cupping demonstration set up as a lab experiment. Coffee cupping is beneficial because it will help participants determine differences in taste and quality of coffees varietals, the ability to describe the flavors of coffee, and to determine product preferences. Participants will be introduced to the coffee cupping techniques including tasting and describing flavors of coffee as well as hypothesizing about the origins of the coffee samples.
