Although most of my experience has been teaching middle school students in Chippewa Valley Schools, I have taught all grades 3rd-12th. Most recently I was Science Curricular Leader for the district and was involved in facilitating NGSX (Next Gen Science Exemplar PD) training for all our teachers. While Science Curricular Leader, our district implemented IQWST in our middle schools and started the transition of our high school content to the standards while focusing on using the science and engineering practices. Presently, I am facilitating NGSX sessions through the Macomb Intermediate School District.
