Craig is a doctoral student in Teacher Education at Michigan State University and a Research Fellow with the National Science Foundation. Craig's research primarily focuses on sustainability instruction with an emphasis on science and agriscience instruction at the secondary level. Craig also serves as a research assistant to the Carbon TIME Curriculum Project at MSU. Prior to his doctoral research, Craig was a high school science instructor for 10 years, teaching agriscience, biology, and environmental science. Craig is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin with degrees in Agriculture and in Education. Craig has also served on the team of writers that developed the National Academic Standards for Agriculture, Food, and Natural Resources Education and is a frequent curriculum consultant for numerous agencies and companies.
