I have recently retired from K-12 science teaching (physics and forensic science) in order to pursue teaching at the post-secondary level and primarily to fulfill my passion as a Forensic Science Educational Consultant. Helping other instructors who wish to introduce forensic science to their students either as an extra unit or a course has been my focus for the past 15 years. When I started teaching forensics at the high school level 25+ years ago there was no training available, no lab equipment, and no other educators to answer my questions or help me set up my course. It is my goal to be that go to person that I did not have for teachers across Michigan and the U.S. I've been fortunate to work with FS professionals who have shared great ideas and now it's time to move them forward.
